- Warehouse Handling: While we handle inventory with precision to reduce operational stress, JDP is not liable for manufacturing defects or damages caused by third-party couriers once the items leave our UK warehouse.
3. Payment and Fees
- Fees for prep, storage, and fulfilment are outlined in our pricing structure.
- Payments must be settled according to the agreed timeframe to avoid delays in processing or shipping.
4. Turnaround Time
We strive for fast turnaround times. However, processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

We reserve the right to terminate services for any client who violates Amazon’s TOS or engages in illegal trade practices through our warehouse.
